Requirement

• 2-5 years of industry experience is preferable with a firm knowledge of structural Rebar modeling and detail design.
• Experience in creating accurate and efficient Rebar Model, shop drawings and bar bending schedules.
• Proven ability to interpret complex construction documents, ensure adherence to global industry standards, and contribute to the successful completion of construction projects.
• Well proficient in working with ‘Revit‘ as a Rebar Modeling and production drawing generation tool.
• Excellent communication skill preferably in English for client communication.
• Working experience with overseas projects / companies is preferable.
• Working experience in other CAD platform is also an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed Rebar Model & shop drawings for various commercial and residential projects using Revit / AutoCAD.
• Prepare accurate bar bending schedules, ensuring compliance with design specifications and project timelines.
• Prepare material takeoffs and create submittal packages.
• Work independently and deliver the Project deliverables as per Project milestone.
• Collaborate with engineers and contractors to resolve detailing issues and ensure smooth on-site installation.
